Nisha Khare's journey of heart, healing and modern motherhood
This Mother’s Day, we celebrate Nisha Khare — a woman of depth, creativity, and conscious leadership. As an
award-winning media host, director, speaker, and co-founder of Human Biography and Women of Wonder
Global, Nisha has made it her mission to tell meaningful stories that inspire connection and growth. But behind
the camera and beyond the stage, she is also a devoted mother — whose journey reflects courage, compassion,
and a deep-rooted sense of presence.
Nisha’s path to modern motherhood began not with a plan, but with a powerful instinct — to lead with love and
let her heart guide the way.
“Honestly, I followed what I felt in my heart and soul — and I’ve let that guide me every step of the way,” she
shares. “I thank my children, Soran and Nola, all the time for choosing me. They’ve been my greatest teachers.”
Inspired by her own mother — a woman ahead of her time who led with listening, respect, and authenticity —
Nisha sees motherhood as a reciprocal relationship, where everyone learns and grows together. Her children’s
light and wisdom have helped her evolve as a woman, a creator, and a human being.
“To me, being a modern mom means raising children who feel good in the world — and want to do good for it.
But it also means not losing myself in the process. When I live fully and love myself, I create the kind of energy
that allows my whole family to thrive.”

And thrive they do — not in picture-perfect moments, but in the sacred chaos of daily life.
From filming global icons like Oprah and the Dalai Lama to negotiating bedtime with her kids, Nisha knows that
true balance isn’t about doing it all — it’s about being fully present in whatever role she’s in.
“Some days I’ve got it all together. Other days, I’ve been wearing my shirt inside out since drop-off,” she laughs.
“But I’ve let go of perfection and embraced presence. When I’m with my kids, I’m really with them. When I’m
teaching, directing, or speaking — I’m all in there too.”
A turning point came recently when Nisha suffered a serious concussion, forcing her to slow down and re-
evaluate everything.
“It was life-changing. I couldn’t function for weeks — and in that stillness, I realized just how quickly everything
can stop. What matters most isn’t the hustle — it’s a peaceful, connected life with those we love.”
It’s that lived wisdom — rooted in mindfulness, Kundalini yoga, and conscious self-love — that has become the
foundation of her motherhood.
“Motherhood is messy, beautiful, and transformative. And I want other moms to know: you’re not alone. We’re all
doing our best — and that’s more than enough. When love leads, we all rise.”
This Mother’s Day, we honor Nisha Khare — for her heart-forward leadership, her soulful storytelling, and the
light she brings to every space she enters, including her own home.
Because modern motherhood isn’t just about raising children — it’s about raising the vibration of the world, one
moment of love at a time.
